Information about our Canada personal tax consulting service agreements and policies
1. General Terms
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between TaxNovaPrime and our clients for all personal tax consulting services provided to individuals and families. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Scope: These terms apply to all personal tax consulting services provided by TaxNovaPrime, including tax preparation, tax planning, and personal tax programs. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Service Scope
TaxNovaPrime provides personal tax consulting support for individuals, families, and professionals. Our services include:
- Tax Preparation Services: Tax return filing, document preparation, and tax documentation
- Tax Optimization: Tax planning, deduction analysis, and compliance management
- Tax Reporting: Annual returns, quarterly reports, and personal tax dashboards
- Tax Management: Personal tax planning, contribution optimization, and statutory requirements
- Tax Advisory: Tax strategy analysis, planning, and personal financial support
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements. Additional services may be arranged separately.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, maintain proper documentation, and pay invoices on time. Commitment to the tax process is essential for achieving desired results.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are based on the type and complexity of personal tax consulting services. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Warranty
TaxNovaPrime provides services with professional care and in accordance with Canada law. Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Warranty is limited to correction of defective services.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client information is treated as confidential and handled in compliance with Canada data protection laws and GDPR. Records are maintained as required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Tax materials will be returned after settlement of all invoices. Records are retained as required by law.
8. Final Provisions
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by Canada law.
Jurisdiction: Canada.
Amendments: Changes to these terms require written agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025.
9. Refund Policy
If a client cancels a personal tax consulting program before any substantive work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. Once tax preparation or tax planning services have started, refunds are not available except in cases of proven non-performance by TaxNovaPrime.
